Wow, there are a lot of therapists to pick from, especially here in Los Angeles! How do you figure out who actually has a chance to help you? Studies show that the number one predictor of success in therapy is the client/therapist relationship. I understand that. To nurture and grow this bond, I write each client a post session letter. In the letter, I discuss what we covered in the last session and share any new ideas that I have had while I have been thinking about our session. My clients report that these letters are very powerful and helpful; they really appreciate the effort put forth.

Every client has his or her own perspective on relationships and on life. I use a blend of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, and Bowen Family Systems therapy to create a safe and positive environment where solutions to life's issues can be developed and utilized to create personal success. I look forward to becoming your Ally as you work to create a healthier and more fulfilling life.
